D919 ultraviolet (UV) light cure integrated system is for CIPP
underground pipeline trenchless repair, which is independently
developed and designed by Daoyunai.
The industrial pipeline trenchless repair equipment is composed of
the mobile control system, transmission cable, UV light holder, HD
camera, and auxiliary tools.

High efficiency and energy-saving, few pollutions, only need a
generator power supply and use the quiet generator (customer
selection available).
The UV cable length is standard 200m, and the curing speed is 0.1 ~
2.8m/min.
Digital transmission, real-time monitoring of repair status,
automatic voltage stabilization.
Embedded industrial computer and keyboard, 15-inch touch screen,
which can store high-definition images (1920 * 1080).
LED curing is adopted with a short curing time and high speed.
After the lining is cured, it is tensile, compressive,
corrosion-resistant, and has independent structural strength.
According to the CIPP repair and curing process, Daoyunia Energy
Saving Technology Limited independently developed and manufactured
the D919 UV light curing integrated trenchless repair equipment,
which is more suitable for the repair of complex drainage pipe
networks.
D919 ultraviolet (UV) light curing integrated equipment adopts
imported LED cold light source, which makes the construction
operation simple and reliable, which can avoid film burning and
incomplete curing.
The installation of D919 ultraviolet (UV) light curing integrated
equipment is flexible. It can be installed on any chassis, or in
containers, made into mobile and portable. The layout design in the
vehicle is reasonable, which is convenient for on-site
construction, and the supporting auxiliary supplies are complete,
which can save the carrying of tool vehicles.
