Requirement for UV trenchless repair construction
Occupying a road that affects the safety and smoothness of road
traffic, such as stacking objects, construction operations, opening
up passages, setting up steps, gate slopes, advertisements, etc.,
shall be subject to the consent of the traffic management
department of the public security organ.
The construction unit that has been approved to occupy the road for
construction shall publicize it to the public in advance and comply
with the following provisions:
(1) Carry out the construction within the approved road section and
time;
(2) Barricades shall be set around the operation area. Lighting
equipment shall be set and turned on on the barricade facilities at
night, except for the setting of traffic signs, traffic facilities,
and traffic markings.
(3) Construction signs or danger warning signs shall be set at a
place not less than 50 meters away from the direction of incoming
vehicles, At night, reflective construction signs or danger warning
signs shall be set at a place not less than 100m away from the
direction of incoming vehicles.
(4) Construction workers shall wear reflective clothing as
required. When crossing the carriageway, they shall go straight
through and pay attention to avoiding passing vehicles.
(5) After the construction operation is completed, the damaged road
surface shall be repaired and the site remains shall be removed.
